1. Who we are

The data controller for personal data collected through this site is , contactable at hello@robotartwork.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, hashed password, role, country.
Content: robots, artworks, images, descriptions, and videos you submit.
Transactional data (if/when the marketplace is active): billing address, shipping address, order history, Stripe customer IDs. Card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.
Log data: IP address (hashed for analytics), user-agent, requested pages.
Cookies: a session cookie required for login, and — once you enable analytics — a minimal first-party identifier. No third-party trackers.

3. Why we collect it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
To send the newsletter, only if you opted in (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
To comply with our legal obligations (e.g. tax records, Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Who we share it with

Brevo, for sending transactional and newsletter emails.
Stripe, for payments once the marketplace is activated.
Cloudflare, as the CDN in front of the site.
Our hosting provider.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of the account and 30 days after deletion. Transactional records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7–10 years in the EU).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email us at hello@robotartwork.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Complaints

If we fail you, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
