1. Who we are

operates RobotArtwork.com (the "Service"). Contact: hello@robotartwork.com.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the content you submit.

3. Content you submit

You retain ownership of robot descriptions, artwork images, and videos you upload or link. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and promote them on the Service and in our own promotional channels, crediting you.

4. Offers and sales

While the Service operates in introduction-only mode, RobotArtwork is a discovery platform; the actual sale is a direct transaction between builder and buyer. RobotArtwork is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee them.

When the full marketplace is activated, sales processed through the Service are subject to the Marketplace Terms Addendum, including commission, VAT handling, and dispute-resolution procedures.

5. Prohibited behaviour

See our community rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
